Your lifestyle is the keystone to a beautiful landscape design. Our client-centric process makes it easy for you to find design elements you love, express yourself, and get the custom landscape of your dreams. Start your journey by completing your design questionnaire.

1 Complete a Design Questionnaire
Call our office or fill out our online questionnaire to get started. We’ll gather information to learn more about your project. If it’s a good fit for both parties, you will be assigned a dedicated landscape designer who will be your main point of contact throughout the entire project. They will reach out within 1-3 business days to discuss more specifics of your project and schedule a Landscape Vision Consultation Meeting.
2 Landscape Vision Consultation
Enjoy a detailed consultation at your property with your dedicated landscape designer. At the meeting, your designer will listen to your ideas and do a thorough evaluation of your site to determine what would work best in your space. We’ll make recommendations based on your land and how you will use the space to ensure its longevity and proper functionality. During this meeting we will also discuss budget and timeline so you know what to expect going forward.
3 Design Plan
We'll start by creating a conceptual plan to scale and build a budget that reflects the plan. Your designer will meet with you to review the plan, walk through the placement on your property, discuss materials, and present the budget. The designer will work with you until you’re comfortable with the plan.
4 Design Agreement
It’s time to agree to a final landscape plan and proposal. When you're ready to move forward, we'll work with you to establish an estimated start date, timeline, and deadline for your project. You will provide a deposit based upon the amount of the signed landscape proposal. Your landscape designer will answer your questions, handle changes efficiently on your behalf, and oversee your landscape installation.
5 Construction
Our team will build and install your landscape. We handle the entire installation and construction process in-house so every detail follows your design plan. As needed, we'll coordinate with your HOA for the approval of your landscape project. When you choose American Design & Landscape, we handle all the details so you come home to progress on a consistent basis and a cleaned up job site every night. You can count on your installation crew to work throughout the work week until your landscape is complete.
6 Final Walkthru and Warranty
Enjoy a beautiful new outdoor oasis. When the work is complete, you'll come home to a beautifully installed landscape from stunning plants to gorgeous outdoor living spaces, you’ll have a property that leaves an unforgettable first impression. We provide a warranty for all of our projects, so you can relax and enjoy your brand new landscape.
